Claims and Returns: Notify Customer Service by fax (214) 342-7999 or email lholmes@coatsaloe.com within 72 hours of receiving shipment of damages or concerns to receive a Material Authorization Number for applicable refund. Please reference account number and order number found on the packing slip. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
